James kindly squeezed us into his schedule for a small repair to our coving in the bathroom. James was prompt with his communication and arrived when he said he would - and completed the job exactly as he described. James has saved us.  Our builder had booked a company to repair the cornice that was destroyed while building a kitchen extension.  But they were unavailable.  I found James online.  And contacted him via email.  He got in touch with me straight away, I was impressed.  And he did a really good job on our cornice.
