James was really excellent. The workmanship was perfect; he matched up the pattern with real expertise and used casting plaster to make all the mitres and joins seamless. He takes great care in his work and it really shows. He was also very punctual, and super tidy – hoovering multiple times and protecting our brand new floor. He was also very polite and went over and above what was required. Highly recommend!

Ceiling had partially collapsed; as there was decorative cornice that I didn’t want to lose, patch repair was the only option. Unfortunately, the damage went right up to the edge of the cornice, worrying! James gave an honest assessment of the state of the ceiling overall and also the risk of the cornice coming adrift and needing replacement (very expensive!) once repair work started. By working very carefully indeed James managed to repair the ceiling without compromising the cornice. Relief! Honest estimate, good price, excellent work. Highly recommended.

Work was done to satisfactory. Charges are quite fair. However, it does feel they might have difficulty to keep the original quoted timeframe if they have delays in the previous work. I guess this is due to the size of the team and the workshop. Would highly recommend if you are not restricted by the timeframe.
